The superficial appearance is our first and often only reference. A constant urge for optimization and health craze seems omnipresent. However, even those with the healthiest and most athletic lifestyles will eventually get sick sometimes - be it a cold, a flu or an exotic viral disease.

I find this fact sobering and motivating at the same time and it led me to the conclusion: Bacteria rules the world - Rex Bacterium!
